The Stonecutter is a utility block used to shape stone, blackstone, deepslate, and their variants into stairs, slabs, walls, and other architectural pieces. Place it like any other block and right-click to open its interface, select the output shape you want, and the stonecutter produces it from a single input block with no offcuts.

Unlike a crafting table, the stonecutter produces one output per input block, making it efficient for large building projects. It's also stackable in your inventory up to 64, so you can carry multiple stonecutters to different work areas on your server.
