The Diamond Shovel is a durable shovel made from diamond, the second-highest tier of tool material in Minecraft. It is most useful for clearing large volumes of dirt, sand, gravel, or other shovel-efficient blocks quickly during builds or terraforming.

Because shovels do not stack, each one takes a full inventory slot. Spawn one on a player with /give @p minecraft:diamond_shovel 1. Like all non-stackable tools, it has durability and will eventually break with use unless enchanted with Unbreaking.
