SetGlobalPause halts all game logic and creature/player movement when enabled. Pass true to pause the server or false to resume.

Use this to freeze the server during administrative tasks, event setup, or to give yourself lag-free time to inspect the world. All players experience the pause simultaneously, they cannot move, attack, or gather resources while it is active.

This command is cheat-enabled and runs from the console. It does not require a server restart to take effect.
