About
RequestSpectator lets a player switch to spectator mode if they know the server's spectator password. The password is configured in the server's GameUserSettings.ini file under the SpectatorPassword setting.
Use this command when you want to allow trusted players, admins, content creators, or event observers, to watch the server without playing. Players must provide the correct password to enter spectator mode; an incorrect password will be rejected. This is a cheat command and must be run from the console or a client with admin privileges.
